i just broke up with my long distance gf of 1 year because i met someone that i think is “the one”. we both like each other but she seems really hesitant b/c i just got out of relationship. should i just chill for awhile?
The only advice I can give you is that when the time is right you will know.
Long distance relationships rarely workout. This new girl is probably only hesitant because she fears that you broke up with your last girlfriend because you met someone else and possibly fears that you may do something similar to her if something better comes along.
It might be an idea to explain your feelings to her and why you did what you did. Try and reassure her that your break up was not done on a whim and that your feelings for her are true.
It maybe that she wants to take it steady for sometime. All you can do is be patient which should be easy if she truly is “the one”
Good luck

You should chill and take a break or you will end up rebounding and eventually breaking some girls heart because you "thought you liked her"

don't let her go if you really like her. just be friends with her until both of you feel like you are ready to move on to the next level.

S: if i were you (im not so yahh..) i would take at least half a year break. long distance relationships are rly tiring arent they? let yourself have a break. but its your choice. if she wont wait for you to get over the relationship then she isnt the one for you.

She is using the other relationship as an excuse. When a gal wants you, they don't care about the other girl, when a gal wants you to back off, they come up with stupid stuff like "your recent relationship"

do whatever u feel is right. i would at least wait a month. its horrible to have an x start dating right away. if u wait than ur showing some respect for her.

You can ask help from your friends by setting you up on a date with other people. You might get lucky. *_*

After a relationship you should have a 2.5 second moment of passing before you sleep with the next girl. 2.5 seconds … yea that's good. Based on this theory 5 people passed on their hard times while you read this… join 'em!

she want to watch you for some time, to make sure how long her relationship with you will last.
